2. Business activity and fulfilment

Summerlin sells clothing and accessories online. We work with external suppliers and fulfilment partners, and products may be dispatched directly from international facilities.

Our business address does not represent a guarantee of United States manufacture, domestic stock or domestic dispatch. Summerlin remains responsible for its obligations as the seller.

The business address above is not automatically the product return destination. Contact us for the appropriate return instructions before posting a parcel.

3. Processing and delivery information

Standard dispatch is estimated within 4–5 calendar days after a completed order is placed. Delivery is estimated within 20–25 calendar days after actual dispatch, giving an overall estimate of approximately 24–30 calendar days from purchase.

International transport, customs inspections, supplier preparation and carrier disruption may affect these estimates. Delays do not permit an indefinite extension or remove any notice, cancellation or refund obligation imposed by applicable law.

Our Shipping Policy contains the detailed delivery conditions. Any different commitment expressly agreed before purchase applies to that order.

4. Product and website information

Product descriptions, prices, available options and delivery information are presented to help customers make an informed purchase. Screen settings and lighting may affect colour appearance, but do not excuse a material difference between the goods supplied and their description.

If a material error affects an order, we will explain the issue and the available lawful options. Website corrections do not retrospectively remove rights arising from an existing purchase.

5. Intellectual property

Website branding, text, photographs, graphics and other protected materials belong to Summerlin or their respective rights holders. Commercial reproduction, distribution or reuse requires the relevant permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

6. Transactions, complaints and evidence

For assistance with an order, cancellation, return, refund or complaint, email help@summerlin.shop. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

We may retain and use relevant, genuine transaction, fulfilment, delivery and communication records to investigate complaints, prevent fraud and respond to payment disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Evidence is assessed in context. A shipping label alone does not establish dispatch, and an in-transit tracking event does not establish delivery.

Nothing in this notice prevents a legitimate payment dispute or requires a customer to waive a statutory remedy.

7. Applicable policies and consumer rights

Purchases are governed by our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and the information provided before purchase. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory consumer rights. Applicable law determines the available remedies and competent courts.

Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
