Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

1. Business identification

This website is operated by Samantha Irene Summerlin, trading as Summerlin, at 828 Liberty Cutoff, Marshall, TX 75672, United States.

Our customer service email is help@summerlin.shop.

These terms apply together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy Policies and the information provided before purchase.

2. Accurate information and authorised payments

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or appropriate authorisation. You agree to provide accurate order information and use a payment method you are authorised to use.

Review the product, size, colour, quantity, address, currency and final amount before submitting an order.

Do not provide false payment details, impersonate another person or knowingly submit fabricated documents or claims.

3. Payment security and verification

Orders may be subject to proportionate payment and fraud checks. Where clarification is reasonably needed, we may contact you or use the payment provider’s verification process.

We will not ask you to email a full card number, card security code, password or one-time banking code.

If an order cannot be verified or fulfilled, we will explain the available options. Any cancellation and reimbursement will follow applicable law. Security checks do not permit indefinite retention of payment.

4. Products and descriptions

Product descriptions identify the features and options offered. Screens and lighting can affect colour appearance, but this does not excuse a material difference between the product supplied and its description.

Review available measurements and care instructions. Size labels may vary between products.

5. Prices and promotions

The applicable currency, price, discounts, delivery charges and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Import charges are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

Promotions apply only under their stated conditions. Discounts do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and the options permitted by law. We will not charge an increased price or supply a materially different substitute without your agreement.

6. Processing and delivery

Standard dispatch is estimated within 4–5 calendar days. Delivery is estimated within 20–25 calendar days after actual dispatch, giving an overall estimate of approximately 24–30 calendar days from purchase.

Products may be fulfilled directly by external suppliers or international partners. Customs, transport disruption and other logistics events can affect the estimate.

These estimates do not create an unlimited extension. We remain responsible for providing the notices and remedies required by law when dispatch or delivery is delayed.

7. Order changes, returns and refunds

Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Our Returns Policy provides a 14-calendar-day notification period for change-of-mind returns after receipt. Mandatory cancellation rights and remedies for faulty goods remain unaffected.

8. Order enquiries and complaints

Send order enquiries to help@summerlin.shop. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue and relevant information reasonably available to you.

We encourage direct contact so we can investigate and offer an appropriate solution. You are not required to miss a legal or payment-provider deadline while waiting for our response.

9. Transaction records and payment disputes

To investigate a transaction or respond to a payment dispute, we may use and submit relevant, genuine records, including:

  • The order details and transaction reference.
  • Payment authentication or authorisation records supplied by the payment provider.
  • The product description, delivery estimate and policy information presented for the purchase.
  • Fulfilment records and actual carrier tracking events.
  • Delivery photographs, signatures or other delivery evidence where available.
  • Relevant customer communications, cancellation requests and refund records.

Records are evaluated in context. A shipping label alone does not prove dispatch, an in-transit scan does not prove delivery, and a delivery scan does not automatically resolve every claim.

We may challenge a dispute where reliable evidence supports our position. The bank, payment provider or competent authority determines the outcome under its applicable procedures.

These terms do not prohibit legitimate chargebacks, waive statutory protections or impose an automatic penalty for raising a complaint.

10. Existing disputes and refunds

If a dispute is already open, inform us so that any agreed remedy can be coordinated through the appropriate payment channel. This helps avoid conflicting transactions or duplicate reimbursement.

A remedy required by law will not be conditional on surrendering a legitimate claim or falsely confirming receipt of goods.

11. Misuse and fraud

Fraudulent payments, fabricated evidence and knowingly false claims may be investigated and referred to the relevant payment provider or competent authority where lawful and supported by evidence.

A complaint, an unsuccessful delivery or a disputed transaction is not automatically treated as fraud.

12. Shopify and third-party services

Shopify supplies the technology supporting the store. Summerlin remains the seller responsible for the purchase.

Our use of suppliers, carriers and payment providers does not remove responsibilities we owe you under applicable law. Information processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Intellectual property and website use

Website content and branding belong to Summerlin or the respective rights holders. Commercial copying without permission is prohibited except where allowed by law.

You must not use the website for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, malware distribution or infringement of another person’s rights.

14. Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes mandatory rights concerning faulty goods, misdescription, non-delivery, privacy or payment disputes.

Applicable law determines the competent courts and available remedies. You retain mandatory protections available in your country of residence.

15. Updates

Changes apply prospectively. The terms and representations applicable when an order was placed continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is expressly agreed.
